‘Trials and Tribulations of a Wedding Photographer ’

Jonathan started photographing weddings in 1990, beginning with a 35mm camera. He quickly moved to medium format and developed a successful relationship with a local wedding venue, who promoted him and his wife, Dianne to prospective couples. The turn of the century heralded the advent of digital photography which Jonathan embraced with relish. Jonathan and Dianne work as a team, providing couples with a pre wedding shoot, giving couples the opportunity to work with and get to know them in advance of the big day. This also gave couples the opportunity to be photographed as a couple and give them confidence that the photographs of the wedding itself will be top class. After the wedding, Dianne compiles an album based upon the couple’s choice of photographs.
